In order to accomplish
this, I must know about your preferences and your dietary
needs. I have the ability to prepare gourmet meals to
your specifications as well as prepare your favorite
recipes.
When you hire me, I will come to your home, conduct an
interview, and complete a detailed questionnaire.

Each menu lists entrees and some side dishes for a two-week
period and is presented to you for your approval prior
to your scheduled cooking day. I plan 10 meals, thereby
leaving you time during the week-end to go out to dinner
or to cook some on your own. If you want 14 meals, that
can be arranged

Salmon and Asparagus en Croute Salmon and Asparagus
in a light dill sauce encased in puff pastry........... Monday
Braised Honey-Lemon Pork Roast with Prunes -
Pork loin slices in a sauce lightly-flavored with Cinnamon, Lemon
and Honey and topped with Prunes and served over egg noodles....... Tuesday

Breasts Stuffed with Asiago Cheese - Boneless
chicken breasts stuffed with Asiago Cheese, Asparagus,
and rolled
in
a bread crumb mixture and baked. Served with Salad and home
made Honey Mustard Dressing.... Wednesday
Mixed Bean Soup - Three diffferent beans in
a hearty herb broth that is filled with vegetables. Served
with Baked Corn: A corn
bread filled
with two different kinds of corn..................... Thursday
Old Fashioned Swiss Steak -Tender Sirloin
Steaks simmered in a thick Tomato and Bell Pepper Sauce. Served
with
Garlic Mashed
Potatoes.................... Friday
